RunEvr’s pitch is consolidation with a creative-industry accent: one workspace where every project lives in a ‘Room’ that keeps conversations, files, boards, reviews and history connected – one click to full context, no digging through chats. It was built inside a working animation studio, and the product reflects that origin: boards for live media review (video, 3D, PDFs, images, audio on one canvas, frame-accurate sync where one person scrubs and everyone scrubs), multi-layer approval workflows, spoken feedback that the vendor says is translated across languages, and calls recorded as ‘living data’ you can re-enter at the exact board state.

The differentiator is the agent layer. RunEvr’s AI agents are framed as employees you brief like people, not a chatbot sidebar: Aurora (a manager who plans your day, surfaces urgency and assigns task batches), Lan (a concept artist who reads scripts and references in the room and returns sketches that fit the brief) and Iris (a scriptwriter working from project context). Because they read the room’s materials, the outputs are meant to arrive with context rather than from a blank prompt.

Pricing is freemium-shaped but pre-launch: a free-forever plan for solo creators (2 workspaces, 3 projects with unlimited tasks, 1 board, basic review tools, 2 GB storage) plus Pro, Team and Enterprise tiers. The catch: paid prices are literally placeholders ($** per seat/mo) and the vendor states pricing is still in development and may change before launch – so value-for-money is impossible to judge today. Payments will run through Paddle as Merchant of Record, and cancel-anytime terms are published. The vendor claims the workspace replaces about ten tools (Slack, Loom, Frame.io, Asana, Miro, Dropbox, Zoom, Notion, Google Drive, Trello) and that creatives lose 40% of the day to tool noise.

My verdict: RunEvr is one of the more thoughtfully designed workspace consolidators for creative teams – the Rooms concept, frame-accurate review sync and context-fed agents are genuinely differentiated, and the free solo plan is an easy try. The open questions are the big ones: unpublished pricing, a pre-launch feature set, an unnamed company behind it, and ambitious claims (spoken-feedback translation, living-data calls) that need hands-on validation.
