A shared canvas, asset-specific comments, synced video and approval statuses address a real gap between a video call and an async proofing tool. Pro's unlimited guest sessions are useful for agencies that should not make clients buy a seat just to give feedback.
I would start with a two-room Free test using real project files, then judge playback, participant access and whether the AI summaries capture decisions accurately. Persistent memory and integrations are meaningful Pro upgrades, but they should be evaluated in your workflow rather than assumed from the marketing page.
