LivePublicator overview

LivePublicator is a browser-based press-release writing and publishing service operated by Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd in Limassol. It pairs a structured news draft with vendor-reported AI visibility checks. Businesses can start with a public website or their own notes, review the draft and pay for publication. A branded newsroom and partner-site reach are optional paid additions.

How it works

The live submission interface offers three paths: AI writes the release, AI cleans up an existing draft, or the customer writes manually. Fields collect company facts, news type, key facts, an attributed quote, images, links and media contact details. The service describes a crawlable permanent release page, machine-readable labels and search-engine notifications. These can make a page accessible to crawlers; they do not guarantee indexing or ranking.

Pricing and publication limits

The first release is $9 once per company website domain, followed by $49 per release. Five release credits

Five release credits cost $199 and do not expire. A baseline AI check and draft preview are free, but publishing is paid. Optional reach costs an additional $99 or $199. A branded subdomain newsroom costs $29 monthly, or $79 monthly with two releases. Annual newsroom prices are not published.

The refund promise is tied to approval, not the time the customer starts writing. Some releases wait for manual review; the 24-hour clock begins after that review. Rejected releases or releases not live within 24 hours of approval qualify for full refunds. Reach add-ons cannot be refunded once placed. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days; newsroom partial months are not refunded.

AI reports and practical cautions

The vendor says it checks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI before publication and sends follow-ups on days 1, 7 and 30. Treat these as a snapshot of selected queries, not a guarantee of wider recommendations or evidence that the release caused a change. The checks, published results and partner placement were not tested for this review.

Privacy and suitability

Published releases are public, including names, quotes and media contact information. The privacy policy names several AI, hosting, email, analytics and payment processors and some transfers to the United States. Unpublished drafts expire after 30 days; account and order records are kept for six years. Review consent, accuracy and sensitive information before sending a draft to any publisher.

Ashley Richmond’s desk-research review

LivePublicator has a focused proposition for small businesses with genuine news: prepare a structured release, approve it, then compare the vendor’s AI-answer snapshots. Public prices, a manual-writing path and an identified legal operator make its limits easier to understand. The main caution is the outcome gap: being crawlable is not the same as being recommended, and an emailed report is not proof of business impact. This review is based on public pages and visible empty input interfaces, not a submitted release, purchase, AI check or hands-on result test.

Editorial assessment: 3.3/5. Consider it for affordable one-off company news and exploratory AI visibility reporting, not guaranteed SEO results, earned editorial coverage or confidential announcements.

Who it's for

Best for

  • Small businesses and marketers with genuine public news and willingness to inspect report methodology.

Not ideal for

  • Guaranteed AI recommendations
  • guaranteed search rankings
  • independent journalism or confidential company news.

How we tested

Ashley Richmond desk research, September30,2026. Official homepage, start/submit interfaces, terms, privacy, refunds and about pages plus PH launch inspected. No release submitted, AI check run, purchase made, partner placement verified or outcomes tested. UI screenshots are real empty official website-check and release-entry interfaces. Refund clock starts after approval; manual review can delay approval.
