Review widget that syncs Google, Facebook, Etsy and more reviews onto your site Brand Trust Reviews review: one widget for Google, Facebook, Etsy and more By Ashley Richmond.

Our verdict

A focused, honest review widget: seven review sources, tag-based filtering, SEO review schema and a rating that cannot be inflated by hiding reviews. The free plan is real. Worth trying for small businesses and agencies. Desk-research score 3.5/5; no widget was embedded.

Brand Trust Reviews review: one widget for Google, Facebook, Etsy and more

By Ashley Richmond. Reviewed October 2, 2026.

Brand Trust Reviews (the site calls itself BrandTrust.reviews) is a review widget service. You connect the places where customers already review you, pick which reviews to show, style the widget in a visual builder, and paste one line of code on your site. It is run by Brand Lew LLC, a small company in Tempe, Arizona, and the founder, Brett Lewis, introduced it on Product Hunt as a tool he built after doing the same chore by hand for agency clients.

My view is positive but measured. The problem is narrow and well defined, the free plan is real, and the vendor is unusually specific about how it handles hidden reviews and ratings. It is also brand new. I did not connect a review source or embed a widget, so sync

I did not connect a review source or embed a widget, so sync reliability and page speed are the vendor’s claims.

What I checked

I read the live homepage, features and pricing sections, compare-plans page, FAQ, about page, terms of service and privacy policy (both last updated September 25, 2026), and the Product Hunt launch page. The screenshots on this listing are my own captures of the vendor’s public site. The builder shown on the homepage is an interactive demo with sample data from made-up businesses, not a live customer account. I did not sign up or start any plan.

Pulling reviews in

The vendor lists seven sources: Google Business Profile, Facebook, TripAdvisor, WooCommerce, Judge.me, Etsy and eBay. It says reviews come through each platform’s official API and refresh on a schedule, and that a review removed at the source disappears from the widget on the next sync. You can also type in reviews you received by email or in person. The FAQ is blunt that these must be real. On paid plans one widget can merge several sources into a single feed.

Showing the right reviews

This is where it differs from a generic carousel. You can set a minimum star rating, hide single reviews, reorder them and tag them, then filter a widget by tag, so service reviews appear on service pages. Growth adds keyword auto-tagging. One detail I liked: the headline rating and review count are always calculated from all fetched reviews, so hiding or filtering cannot inflate the score. The widget can also output review schema (AggregateRating and Review JSON-LD) on Essentials and up. The vendor says that makes a page eligible for star snippets, and it correctly adds that Google decides whether to show them.

Design and install

Layouts include grid, list, carousel, masonry and badge. You control colors, borders, radius, shadows, fonts, dark mode and, on Essentials and up, custom CSS and branding removal. Install is a JavaScript snippet, about 16 KB gzipped and loaded asynchronously, or a WordPress plugin on eligible plans. The vendor lists WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer and plain HTML as places it works. Views through the JavaScript snippet count toward your monthly limit; views through the WordPress plugin do not.

Pricing and limits

Starter is free for one site with 250 monthly views and one widget. Essentials is $5 a month ($50 a year), Growth $15 ($150) and Pro $50 ($500), with 15,000, 150,000 and 1,000,000 monthly views. A launch offer takes 10% off the first year for sign-ups before January 1, 2027. If a paid subscription lapses, widgets stop serving reviews until it is renewed, and your settings are kept.

Who should look at it

Small businesses, agencies and online shops that already have reviews scattered across platforms and want them on their own pages without a clunky iframe. It is less suited to anyone who needs sources beyond the seven listed, wants to collect new reviews (it does not send review requests), or needs a long-established vendor with independent reviews.

Who it's for

Best for

  • Local service businesses with reviews on Google and Facebook; Etsy
  • WooCommerce and Judge.me shops; agencies managing reviews for several clients; WordPress sites that want uncounted views; marketers who want review schema without code

Not ideal for

  • Teams needing sources beyond the seven listed; businesses that want to collect new reviews or send review requests; sites needing more than 250 views a month on the free plan; buyers who want a long track record and independent reviews

How we tested

Ashley Richmond desk research, October 2, 2026: live homepage, pricing and compare pages, FAQ, about page, terms and privacy policy (updated September 25, 2026) and the Product Hunt launch page. Screenshots are my captures of the public site; the homepage builder is a demo with sample data. No account, plan, review source connection, widget embed, speed or schema test. Prices and limits are vendor-stated and may change. 3.5/5 editorial opinion, not a user average.

What's new

Terms and privacy policy last updated September 25, 2026. Launch offer: 10% off the first year for sign-ups before January 1, 2027. The vendor says more review sources are on the way. No changelog page was found.

Brand Trust Reviews vs Robynn Brand Trust Reviews vs Zapier Brand Trust Reviews vs Hootsuite

Key features

Seven review sources
Google Business Profile, Facebook, TripAdvisor, WooCommerce, Judge.me, Etsy and eBay, pulled through official APIs and refreshed on a schedule.
Visual builder
Pick a layout, then adjust colors, borders, radius, shadows, fonts and dark mode with a live preview.
Rating and tag filters
Filter by minimum star rating and your own tags, hide single reviews and reorder the rest. The headline score still counts every fetched review.
Smart tags
Growth and Pro auto-tag reviews by keyword so each page shows the reviews that fit it. Vendor-stated.
Combined widgets
Essentials and up can merge several sources into one all-in-one widget sorted by most recent.
SEO review schema
Outputs AggregateRating and Review JSON-LD on Essentials and up. Star snippets in Google are never guaranteed.
One-line embed and WordPress plugin
Paste a roughly 16 KB async JavaScript snippet, or use the WordPress plugin, whose views are not counted.
Manual reviews and teams
Add real reviews received by email or in person. Pro adds projects, five teammates and per-project tags and analytics.

Key benefits

  • Reviews work on your own pages: Reviews from Google, Facebook and others show where visitors decide, not only on the source site.
  • Right review, right page: Tags and filters let service reviews appear on service pages.
  • Honest headline rating: Hidden or filtered reviews never change the average or the count.
  • Little setup work: Connect a source, style the widget and paste one snippet, with no coding.

Frequently asked questions

Is Brand Trust Reviews free?
Yes, there is a free Starter plan for one site: one widget, 250 monthly views, all layouts and daily sync, no card needed. Paid plans are Essentials $5, Growth $15 and Pro $50 a month, or $50, $150 and $500 a year. A launch offer takes 10% off the first year for sign-ups before January 1, 2027. Prices are vendor-stated and may change.
Which review sources does it support?
Per the vendor: Google Business Profile, Facebook, TripAdvisor, WooCommerce, Judge.me, Etsy and eBay, plus manually entered reviews. Reviews come through each platform official API and refresh on a recurring schedule. Combining several sources in one widget needs Essentials or above. I did not connect any source.
Can I hide bad reviews to raise my rating?
Not in the headline number. The vendor says the overall rating and review count are always calculated from all fetched reviews. Filters and hidden reviews only change which individual reviews appear. A review disappears for good only when it is deleted at the source and the next sync sees that.
Does it help with SEO and star snippets?
On Essentials and up the widget outputs AggregateRating and Review JSON-LD, and renders reviews as real page content, not an iframe, per the vendor. That makes a page eligible for star snippets, but Google decides whether to show them, and the vendor says so too.
How do I install it, and will it slow my site?
Paste a one-line JavaScript snippet where you want the reviews, or use the WordPress plugin on eligible plans. The vendor says the script is about 16 KB gzipped, loads asynchronously and is edge cached. Snippet views count toward your monthly limit; WordPress plugin views do not. Speed was not tested.
Who runs it and what happens if I stop paying?
Brand Lew LLC in Tempe, Arizona, founded by Brett Lewis. If a subscription lapses, widgets stop serving reviews until it is renewed, and the WordPress plugin stops showing reviews and may delete its local cache. Your configuration is kept. The vendor says the widget sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
