Managemate is condo management software for community associations, boards and property managers. Its founder, Salim Dharssi, joined his own condo board in 2015, and the product is built around the records, projects and decisions a volunteer board has to keep track of.

Records, projects and planning

The platform includes smart record keeping, property history, project management with cost estimates and planned end dates, reminders and an annual planner. Records can be linked to each other, so a vendor document, a project and an invoice stay connected. Smart Documents and a search across vendor documents help boards find past work quickly.

Approvals and board packages

Managemate supports digital approvals and invoice approval, a consent agenda and board package assembly, plus live management reports. The site is mobile responsive. A Management Company Dashboard for portfolio managers is listed as coming soon.
