Managers can reach residents by email, SMS and voice broadcast, post announcements and run surveys. TippingLink lets residents tip staff digitally, and Your Community Online provides a website that BuildingLink builds, hosts and maintains.

Condo, co-op and HOA fit

For condos and co-ops the focus is deliveries, amenity bookings and front-desk questions. ManageHOA is the HOA product, with violation tracking, architectural review requests, governing documents and online payment of dues through BuildingLink Payments. The company says the platform integrates with accounting software rather than replacing it.

Pricing

BuildingLink does not publish prices on its website. Pricing is by quote, so ask for a demo and a written estimate that lists modules, unit count and any training or implementation fees.

Who it's for

Best for

  • Condo and co-op boards
  • managers and building staff who want front desk
  • package
  • amenity
  • maintenance and resident communication tools in one platform

Not ideal for

  • Small associations that want a published price or an all-in-one accounting system
  • since BuildingLink integrates with your accounting software instead of replacing it
