What is Hemory?

Always-on listening app that turns real conversations into a private, searchable memory your AI agents can query over MCP. Our verdict

Always-on AI memory is a hot category, and Hemory is notable for connecting that memory to developer agents through MCP rather than keeping it inside one app. All four plans include every feature, so you only choose how many listening hours you need, and a 10-hour free trial lets you test it first.

Hemory is a listening app that records the conversations you choose to capture, transcribes them in up to 100 languages, and organizes them into a searchable memory of meetings, meals, voice notes and calls. Its pitch is context for AI: through an MCP server, agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Cursor and VS Code can search what you actually said and generate summaries, minutes or documents grounded in it.

Listening can run in manual mode or on a schedule, for example weekdays 9:00 to 18:00. Hemory uses voice-activity detection, so only moments when someone is speaking count against your hours; silence and background noise do not. The app segments the day into activities, creates type-aware summaries, groups topics over time, recognizes speakers by voiceprint and includes a built-in Q&A agent. It also lists Apple Watch listening.

On privacy, the vendor states that audio, transcripts and voiceprints are never used

On privacy, the vendor states that audio, transcripts and voiceprints are never used to train AI models, raw audio is kept only briefly for transcription and then deleted, and if your hours run out the audio stays on your device instead of being uploaded. iOS and Android apps are available now, with macOS, Windows, Linux, web and self-host listed as coming soon.
