AINA is an AI platform with two sides. For candidates it works as a job search and career coach: you answer a short quiz or upload a CV, AINA builds a profile, suggests matching roles, reviews your CV, and records a short video intro. It also keeps your applications in one place. The candidate quiz is marked free on the site.
For companies, AINA positions itself as an all-in-one hiring system. You describe the role by text or a short voice brief, AINA helps write the vacancy and criteria, sources candidates, runs a first screening and interview, and scores each person with what it calls a Talent Mirror score. An applicant tracking system holds candidates, messages, scores and feedback. The site says you get a first shortlist within 24 hours and can describe a role in about 5 minutes.

The job listings shown on the candidate page are examples pulled from the live board, with salary ranges but no AINA fees. I did not run a hiring search or a coaching session.
