Our verdict

NOAN is worth a trial when different AI tools give conflicting answers about the same business. Its approved, versioned fact layer provides a shared base for those tools, with notes, assets and a task manager in the same workspace.

The tradeoff is ongoing maintenance: a central fact layer is only useful when someone reviews changes and removes stale information. Test it with a small set of non-sensitive facts and the specific integrations your team uses.

Starter costs $99/month for one included seat with a 14-day trial; Team costs $299/month for up to five included seats with a 21-day trial. Enterprise starts at $3,500/month base and adds onboarding and other charges. No standalone Free tier is listed on the current pricing page.

Full review

NOAN is a company knowledge and operations platform built around a shared fact layer for teams and AI tools. It describes its Company Graph and API as a way to keep approved, versioned business facts available to people, apps, websites and agents.

Facts rather than separate memories

The product’s central idea is that storing context separately in each tool creates conflicting answers. NOAN keeps company information in one place, with approvals and version history, then makes that information available through its app and API. The value depends on keeping the underlying facts accurate and current.

Business workflows

The official website presents operations, sales, marketing and investor workflows. It includes organizing processes and SOPs, assigning tasks, setting priorities and tracking project progress. An AI assistant helps identify blockers and next steps. These are vendor-described workflows, not evidence that a team can hand over every operational decision.

Connections and access

NOAN positions its API as the shared source for external models and agents, alongside its own workspace. The official site lists compatibility with tools and models such as Lovable, Replit, OpenAI, Claude and Cursor. Teams should verify the exact connection they need and decide who can approve or change business facts before rollout.

Editorial view

NOAN is worth evaluating when a business already uses several AI tools and finds that each has a different understanding of the company. An approved fact base can help reduce that disagreement. It is less useful if nobody owns the ongoing work of reviewing changes and removing stale information.

Begin with a small, verifiable slice of company knowledge and compare answers across the tools that use it. Check provenance, access controls and version history before expanding to sensitive customer or operational records.

Review basis: official NOAN product, pricing and legal pages checked October 10, 2026. No hands-on workspace or API test. Integration scope and data controls are vendor-described and should be checked during a trial.

Frequently asked questions

What is a fact layer?
A fact is something true about your company: approved, versioned and served from one API, rather than memory an AI picks up informally. NOAN stores those facts and connects them into a company graph that every model, app and agent reads.
Does NOAN work with my existing AI tools?
NOAN's API is intended to make the same company facts available to outside apps and agents. The official homepage names tools and models including OpenAI, Claude, Cursor and Replit. Check the exact connection, plan requirements and permission controls you need during a trial rather than assuming every integration is turnkey.
What plans and trials does NOAN offer?
The current official pricing page lists Starter at $99/month with a14-day free trial, Team at $299/month with a21-day free trial, and Enterprise at $3,500/month base. Both Starter and Team list unlimited projects. We did not find the older standalone Free tier on the current pricing page, so we have not presented it as available. Extra seats and Enterprise add-ons cost separately.
Who is behind NOAN?
The official team page identifies Neal Mann, Filipe Dobreira and Marie-Hélène Mai as co-founders. It describes Dobreira as a former Impraise co-founder and CTO and a Y Combinator alumnus.
What does NOAN replace?
NOAN positions one plan against the stack a team would otherwise assemble: a headless CRM, a headless CMS, a knowledge base and a task manager, plus the API layer needed to make any of it readable by agents.
