What is Warmloom?

Reach prospects at the right moment Warmloom is a web service for B2B outreach that works from timing instead of lists.

Our verdict

A thoughtful take on cold outreach: it waits for a dated business event, writes one specific email and leaves the sending to you. The free stage runs until a prospect replies, and the site is open about limits and your legal duties. It is new, the operator is a small French company, and I could not test prospect quality or deliverability. Desk-research score 3.5/5.

Full review

Warmloom is a web service for B2B outreach that works from timing instead of lists. You give it your company website, it works out who you sell to, then looks for public business events at matching companies: an opening, a launch, a funding round, a hire. For each one it finds a relevant contact, checks that the email address exists, and writes one short email that mentions that exact event. The email is created as a draft in your own mailbox, so you stay the sender.

How the pricing works

The pricing page says the service is free until a prospect replies, with no card and no trial clock. The free plan covers 30 prospects, each with a verified address and a written email. Paid plans are Starter at 49 euros a month for 440 prospects, Growth at 119 euros a month for 1,100 prospects across two mailboxes, and Scale

How the pricing works

The pricing page says the service is free until a prospect replies, with no card and no trial clock. The free plan covers 30 prospects, each with a verified address and a written email. Paid plans are Starter at 49 euros a month for 440 prospects, Growth at 119 euros a month for 1,100 prospects across two mailboxes, and Scale at 279 euros a month for 2,200 prospects across three mailboxes. The page also says paid plans are opening to early users first and that billing is set up directly once a first reply lands. The terms put a ceiling of 40 emails on the free stage.

What it does

Before you sign in, you can type a company website and see a real prospect and the email Warmloom would send. After you connect Gmail, or another mailbox with an app password, drafts wait at least 24 hours by default so you can read, edit or cancel them. You can approve each email, or turn on autopilot and let it send in your sending window. Follow-ups are written and threaded and stop when the prospect replies. The privacy policy says Warmloom searches your mailbox only for replies and bounces to emails it sent.

Reading the claims

The site quotes a realistic reply rate of 5 to 8 percent and a guarantee that if your first 100 prospects bring no reply, the next 100 are on the company. Those are the vendor’s own numbers. The terms state that nothing is guaranteed about delivery, opens or replies, and that you are responsible for complying with the GDPR, French B2B prospecting rules, CAN-SPAM and CASL.

Who is behind it

The terms and privacy policy name LOULEK COMMUNICATION, a French SARL registered at 17B boulevard Pasteur, Paris. The site names no founder. I did not sign in, connect a mailbox or send any email, so I could not test prospect quality or deliverability.

Who it's for

Best for

  • Small B2B sellers who want a few well-timed conversations instead of bulk sequences; founders selling to hotels
  • restaurants and local companies; teams in Europe who want verified addresses and drafts they review; anyone who wants to judge the output before signing in

Not ideal for

  • High-volume senders who need thousands of contacts a month because Scale tops out at 2
  • 200 prospects; teams that need a full CRM or phone and LinkedIn steps because it only does email; buyers who want published pricing certainty because paid plans are opening to early users first; companies that need a named leadership team because the site names none

Frequently asked questions

How much does Warmloom cost?
The free plan is free until a prospect replies and covers 30 prospects. Paid plans on the pricing page are Starter at 49 euros a month, Growth at 119 euros a month and Scale at 279 euros a month. The page says paid plans are opening to early users first.
What happens after the first reply?
The terms say a reply of any kind counts, and after that continuing needs a paid plan. Nothing is deleted when you reach the limit, scheduled emails still go out and follow-ups on existing threads continue.
Do I need to sign in to try it?
No. You can enter a company website and see a real prospect and the email Warmloom would send before you create an account.
Who sends the emails?
You do. Warmloom creates each email as a draft in your own mailbox and the privacy policy says it never sends from its own infrastructure.
Can I review emails before they go out?
Yes. Drafts wait at least 24 hours by default so you can read, edit or cancel them. You can turn on autopilot later.
Who runs Warmloom?
The terms name LOULEK COMMUNICATION, a French SARL registered at 17B boulevard Pasteur in Paris. The site names no founder or team.
